The Greeks knew the world was round, and they didn't have to go into space to do it.

yes... the earth's gravity is powerful enough to bend light. Thats why lasers always seem to be curving downwards....

This has to be a poe right?
Oh wait, it's from youtube. That's a pretty standard level of intelligence here.

It probably only shows part of the landmass, because the earth is round and you can't see on to the other side of it...

I have to believe this is a poe.
If i were to believe otherwise I may loose the ability to function as this person's stupidity would literally be crippling me.

Flatearthers, they are so few nowadays that I think they should be put under protection of the Endangered Species Act :D
Maybe someone should ask him how it is possible then, that people can make a round the world trip by just traveling westwards all of the time :D

This cannot possibly be real. I refuse to believe that anyone could even remotely be this fucking stupid. How could you find food and be this retarded?

If the earth's gravity was powerful enough to bend light, we'd all be crushed. Fail.

There is no way in hell this is a real comment. No one can live long enough to learn to use a computer yet be this ridiculously ignorant. It is impossible, even in fundie land.

Gravity distorts the light to make the Earth look round? Well, technically, gravity does affect light, but not nearly to the extent that you're claiming. The only thing warping the image of reality is your brain.

Epic fail or epic Poe? You decide (as I can't tell - which would lend credence to the Poe-tential here)

Yes, the earth is round. You can test this by using two people and a dune.
1 - Make one person swim/row/sail into the sea untill you can't see him.
2 - Climb dune.
3 - Now, you can see the person again.
PROOF!

Straight lines don't work on spheres? (the picture's not a sphere moron) the light flips over and we see the back of the light? (light doesn't have a back). maybe I'm naive, but this seems too stupid to be real.
