Well,there actually are outside forces that cause DNA changes. Things like ultraviolet radiation, tar, Adenine analogs... that sort of thing. They just happen to be completely devoid of initiative or intelligence and their actions are essentially random.

Outside forces can alter DNA. However it also alters when it replicates due to the process being imperfect.

Who the fuck taught you biology? Putting the letters DNA into a sentence doesn't automatically make it correct.
