So you have evolutionary theorys that men and women evolved a little different, but in a way that compliments each other. Does this then make evolution sexist, in that according to many evolutionary theorys, men and women evolved somewhat different and not the same?

What? Being modeled from a single rib is less sexist how?
Also, they didn't evolve differently. We've evolved alongside one another, contributing to one another's traits. Since we're one species.
Go back to science class and retake your tests please.
Does it matter if it's "sexist" or whatever. Evolution is simply a fact - the ramifications on morality are the ramifications that we place on the theory.
By itself, evolution isn't good or bad - it just is.
Men and women fill different biological niches, it would be impractical for them to be too similar. Also, morphological differences help us tell each other apart.
It's not sexist though, it's just a fact. Science is not discriminatory.
So you have a creation story that says that women are responsible for all evil in the world. Does this make the Bible sexist, in that according to many Bible passages, women are seen as the right hand of evil?
Interesting, it's the evolution-is-racist thing again, but with a new angle.
I really struggle with how fundies manage to think acknowledgement of miniscule genetic difference between races and genders counts as exclusion.
Meanwhile, come to think, a fundie on another forum is suggesting that evilutionists fuck baboons because "there's no difference".
Hovind, I think it was, pointed out the words "favoured races" in the title of Darwin's thingy and took it as evidence that the book is racist. Oh dear, I just looked up the word "race" and it's an actual term in biology. That settles it, Hovind is a poe.
The word you need is not "theorys", or perhaps you meant "theorize". The correct word would have been either "theory" or "theories".
Having said that, did you even go to high school?
Saying genders are different is not sexist, saying one gender is inherently more valuable than the other is. We need both men and women to complement one another, like you said, to propagate our speices, so no, neither gender is more valuable than the other.
You just need a mirror to know that we are a little different, but we are still similar enough so that we sometimes get mixed up; men are born with female bodies and vice versa.
Evolution is sexist? Tell me JohnR7, do you support female pastors? Do you support the right of a woman to have an abortion? Do you support the right of a woman to say "no" to her husband? Heck, do you even fully support women's right to vote?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
