I contend that you have it backwards. The weak have a strong need for a god to validate their existence for them. And most gods are far from difficult to contemplate: they are just human beings who have been elevated to a cosmic status. They are basically just invisible superheroes; not too hard to understand.
The weak actually rely on god because they are incapable of relying on themselves.
But, you can think whatever you want. Education is not your strong suit, so I suppose it is to be expected.
The weak in mind don´t like science because it is too difficult for them to understand.

Does he have any idea of the quandary he just put God in? By this reasoning, since God doesn't have a creator, then HE must be nothing.

I know that my existence has absolutely no predetermined course or purpose, and that the universe doesn't owe me shit and doesn't give a shit either - unlike the whiny crybabies we get here who want their imaginary sky-daddy to do everything for them, though, I'm devising my own life purposes and building up my own worth. I'd like to see the weak-minded try that.

First problem "god" should be "God" if you fundies really want to honor him.

Third, "contemplate" means to think, you want "understand" or "comprehend" maybe.
Fourth you say that people who are atheists are self absorbed when we aren't the ones posting our religious beliefs for everyone to see and praise. Or in this case, poke fun at.

And finally, simply because I don't want to create a wall of text, many of the scientists who created the space shuttle were atheists. I know you're being metaphorical but still its fun to take it literally.

The universe and reality are too big for you to comprehend so you create a delusion to explain it all. Only to make it real, you need everyone else to believe it, too.
Don't you see how believing in this imaginary sky daddy that you limit your ability to exist in this world at this time with the people who live here now? You also limit your ability to learn about all that is and could be.
The only reason to have a religion is for us to retain a desperate hope that we will never stop existing...and yes, I'm a christian.
