They talk about how wonderful science is and all that science has done for mankind. But what about the real world... Is it not all a little bit like the wisard of oz... Then you had the yellow brick road, that went to emerald city, where Dorthy could find Mr Science, the Wisdard. Did he have an answer for Dorothy?

The Wizard as a metaphor for religious feel-good BS.
Science, on the other hand, as a study, has allowed us to produce and understand every thing in the modern world, though I would argue that science is so loosely defined that you shouldn't ever treat it as an entity.
There is only one world. It's real and so is everything in it. The Wizard was a huckster, but, when he realized that people really needed his help? He found a wealth of wisdom he could share.
Yes, he had an answer for Dorothy.
PS. LEARN TO USE A SPELL-CHECK OR NEVER POST ANOTHER THING ON THE INTERTUBES!
"Did he have an answer for Dorothy?"
Uh, Yes. Yes he did. Is it his fault that Dorothy was too incompetent to hold on to her dog?
Yes, the Wizard had an answer for Dorothy - but not the one she wanted. He refused to give Dorothy a ready-made answer, but showed her she had had the ability to figure it out on her own the whole time. Nice allegory for science triumphing over religion.
Science is the description and explanation for the real world, stupid.
Science created that computer you are using to spew incoherent drivel, and the internet on which we can gather from all around the world and laugh at your stupidity.
The Wizard of Oz is NOT the real world, it's a fairy tale story.
You talk about "the real world" and dive head-first into the Wizard of Oz? You are aware that that is a children's story book, right?
Here in the real world we have spell-checkers. However, they might take away all your spelling errors, but they won't do anything to your sanity errors.
The overall end message is that they all already had what they were seeking but didn't know it.
Another analogy that you should address JohnR7, is that the Wizard was faking supreme power and knowledge until he was exposed as a charlatan. Your Evangalistic megachurch figures come to mind pretty readily.
Besides, Dorothy got hit in the head and dreamed it all, what's your excuse?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
