Quote# 42815

Jesus would never have gotten cancer to begin with, He was perfect. We are not however lol.

And no, cancer is not God's plan to let us die, cancer is the result of wrong living ... the kind that God warned us about. Perhaps it wasn't you who lived wrong, it was a grandparent of one kind or another .... but it can be passed to the 4th generation.

Got cancer? You or your ancestors were living wrong.

It's so easy to say that after the fact. If you could predict ahead of time which individuals would get cancer I might be impressed.

"... cancer is the result of wrong living..."

What's your definition of "wrong living?" George Burns smoked like a chimney, drank liquor every day, and lived to over 100. Conversely, my uncle never touched alcohol or cigarettes, was never even an ounce overweight, and died an agonizing death from ALS. I literally watched him physically disintegrate before my eyes over the course of a few months. I've known people who abused their bodies in every imaginable way, yet suffered no negative consequences. Explain this.

"Perhaps it wasn't you who lived wrong, it was a grandparent of one kind or another .... but it can be passed to the 4th generation."

That's not what your Bible says.
Ezekiel 18:20: "... The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son..."

Big FUCK YOU coming from over here.

My grandma lives super-healthily, goes to church all the time, and is about the nicest person ever, but she's STILL gotten (and beaten, mind you) skin cancer, like, four times.

The other grandma was a church-goer, bigtime, and was pretty nice. Granted, she was a bit agoraphobic, but she still lived fairly healthily. She died of breast cancer in the most painful way. So, yes, fuck you.

Sins passed to children? Further proof that God doesn't know what he's doing as a moral ... thing.

SO, cancer isn't caused by carcinogens or genetics, but by SIN.

So why is it that when exposed to high doses of plutonium, people have a much higher incidence of cancer than if they're not exposed? Does plutonium make you more inclined to sin?

There's a loving creator for you; punish your children, their children and so on until the debt of your own generational sin is paid?

Nice god you have there. Oh, and there was something else I wanted to tell you...now what was it?

Oh, yes -

Fuck you with a rusty rake; straight up and to the side.

DIAF!

Yeah, I fucking get it, already. My grandmother died of bone cancer a week after Christmas 1980 (I was FIVE) because she was an evil, lesbian, man-hating whore who left her husband and went home to Mommy and Daddy. Also explains my mother's lifelong physical disability, the COPD she's suffering with now (has nothing to do with the fact that she SMOKED for 41 years! Nope, musta been the deeeeeeeeemunz!) and my ADHD/LD.

So explain the fact that my maternal grandfather was a raging BUM who refused to work, and guilted his mother into taking care of him her whole life? Supposedly *she* died shortly after I was born (1975). I don't want to know what old Dennis did with himself for the next 12 years, but he dropped in '87. Once the Miami PD tracked us to Vermont, Mom told them to do whatever it is they do with people who have no families. She's used that quote to this day -- "You think I'm heartless? I let the State of Florida bury my father!"

That kind of coldness is in me. I revel in it.

arewethereyet, you are an ASSWIPE!

Well my grandpa DID smoke, so I guess you could say it was "wrong living" that caused him to get lung cancer.

But I don't recall that your babble ever mentioned that particular kind of "wrong living", and he definitely didn't "deserve" to get lung cancer.

And as for that stuff about getting cancer because of something your great grandparents did, FUCK YOU, if your god exists he's an asshole, and since he doesn't exist, you are just an asshole.

Allegory for Jesus

"cancer is the result of wrong living"

Burn in hell, moron. And develop lung cancer in the process, if you please.

Seriously, have you never heard of skin, testicular, brain, or breast cancer? They are all over the spectrum in terms of their frequency and how fatal they possibly are, but none of them have any notable correlation with "sinful" behaviors (hell, masturbation and sex supposedly reduce the chance of testicular cancer). Your just world bias is showing...and I wish that this unjust universe would tear you a new one to remove such bizarre justifications from your head.

My grandfather was a turn of the century 'apprentice'(read child slave). He ran away from his boss to come to the new world to make a better life for his wife and future children.

He died of black lung from being a mine worker here. What an evil sinful man.
