Its not the carrying of knives i object to. Its the usage of knives in such an irresponsible way. Hell I got my first knife at his age. It was not for stabbing people but for working around a farm. So cutting fence material, bale twine, insulation, skinning animals, cutting branches, opening coconuts, cleaning hooves... I also got steel shod boots, because horses and cattle occasionally step on your feet and boxes are heavy and stuff.
Its the claim that this idiot is more badass than some dude with a gun. Which is why armies are running around with knives... NOT GUNS!
