My world view allows for absolute truth and for men to know absolute truths. Yours don't.
Islam is incongruent to Christianity as well as it misquotes the Bible, mangles its chronology and was delivered by a man having seizures with no way to corroborate his subjective experiences. There were no witnesses. Christianity is alone in its view and scriptures. It differs from world religions and the cults. Take a course in comparative religion and you'll find that out.

Things that are different are different in a vague manner which I will insultingly state but not elaborate! This is Absolute Truth because I said so and I have Absolute Truth, so suck my dick! Also, I'm going to insinuate that you're uneducated!
"My world view allows for absolute truth and for men to know absolute truths."
No. It allows you to arrogantly declare that you know absolute truths, even when you have no basis for this conclusion.
Of course it differs -- it's a fuckin' *death cult*! And yes, I do mean "Cult" as in destructive, dangerous, and creepy.
"Islam is incongruent to Christianity as well as it misquotes the Bible, "
Like every Christian does, anytime they attempt to "prove" it's the infallible word of God.
"mangles its chronology "
Which the bible does to itself--witness Genesis 1 and 2.
"and was delivered by a man having seizures with no way to corroborate his subjective experiences. "
Like John did in Revelation?
"There were no witnesses. "
Just like the bible!
"Christianity is alone in its view and scriptures. "
As long as we don't count all the stuff it stole piecemeal and whole-cloth from various religions and myths which preceded it, sure.
"It differs from world religions and the cults. "
Yes, most of the other religions and cults are pretty mellow and easygoing. Yours celebrates death and destruction.
I took 2 comparitive religion classes in my first semester of college, know what I leanred?
That big glossy book of fairy-tales you tote around, is full of borrowed legends and stolen stories from every other one of the religions.
Well, I already knew that, but, that was the conclusion most uninformed people reached at the end of the classes.
I have studied theology in depth, both Christianity and alternate religions. Christianity is amongst the highest in levels of absurdity, ignorance, violence and lack of originality. Christianity itself was a knock-off of contemporary Judaism, which was a knock-off of the original religion of the Hebrews, and so on. The story of Jesus mimics resurrection/sacrifice stories that were being told since the old testament first made its debut, and many told before the bible was anywhere close to being thought up. Hell, if you actually READ the bible, instead of just defending it on the internet, you'll find that some of the stories share aspects with the Greek and Norse gods.
what, a comparative religion course at a Christian college? I'm not sure how one of the least original religions in history would ever be shown to be unique and full of all this absolute truth you speak of. Christianity is a lot like every religion that came before it vomited into a cross shaped basin and they called it absolute truth.
"As a Christian I believe there are three persons who are God, and One plus One plus One is One, and this is absolutely true".
Q.E.D. It's absolutely true I am absolutely nuts, and Man can know it.
"delivered by a man having seizures"...
St. Paul, who wrote roughly one third of the New Testament, is thought by some to have suffered from epilepsy. His collapse on the road to Damascus (when he had his conversion experience), and the way he refers to himself as having been swept up to heaven on occasions.

Follow those who search for truth,
flee from those who claim, to have found it." - Mark Twain
Christianity is incongruent to Islam as well as it misquotes the Quran, mangles its chronology and was delivered by a man having seizures with no way to corroborate his subjective experiences. There were no witnesses. Islam is alone in its view and scriptures. It differs from world religions and the cults. Take a course in comparative religion and you'll find that out.
Fixed. Or not.
"Islam...misquotes the Bible"
- Where in the bible are abortion and birth control explicitly forbidden? If you can find no such passages, why do so many Christians insist that abortion and birth control contradict your god's will?
"...mangles its chronology..."
- John's gospels gives a date for the crucifixion that is different from the other gospels. The second most important event in Christianity's history (after the Resurrection) and your chief historians mangled its chronology.
"...was delivered by a man having seizures with no way to corroborate his subjective experiences."
- Second the commenter who cited The Revelation of John
"Christianity is alone in its view and scriptures."
- Riiiight
Christianity takes much of its scripture from Judaism. Islam takes much of its scripture from Judaism and Christianity. None of them are "alone in its view and scriptures", as they are more or less the same. If one allows for "absolute truth", the others do to. They are the three major world religions and all have many cults within them. It's clear you've never taken any course in religions, in any way, shape or form.
The Bible God had no absolute truths whatsoever. It was "Thou shalt not kill" one day, but another day it was "Go and smite the Amalekites, man, woman, toddler and cow", and a third day it was "If a woman is not a virgin on her wedding day, she should be take to her father's house and be stoned to death". Either your god is bipolar, or there were many writers of that book, who didn't bother to read what others had written.
And Paul was having seizures too, on the road to Damascus. And you and the Muslims are each contemptuous of the other. Wow, so much similarity!
"Christianity . . . differs from world religions and cults". Uh...I have some bad news for you...
