The only thing these kids are guilty of is doing society one big favor.
Why on Earth should any U.S. citizen be charged with a "crime" if it is committed against a non-citizen that has illegally invaded the citizen's country?
We have so watered-down the benefits of citizenship it is disgusting. Any sane society should have the attitude that the illegal got what he deserved.
I will be the first to contribute to whatever legal defense fund is established for these kids.
This should be happening everyday in every municipality in the U.S until the "message" is received loud and clear.

But if a foreigner trespasses on American soil, isn't that the same as trespassing on someone else's property? Some states have 'right to kill' laws that state that if a trespasser comes onto your land, you have the right to open fire.
So if I come to the US on vacation it's open season on me because I'm not a citizen?

Bigot, use of deadly force is a right given to citizens in case someone tries to kill, maim, or rape them or someone else. If someone trespasses into your home while you are there, it's a safe assumption they're willing to do you harm. Not so in this case.

Ok, fuck! This happened right near where I live. I live in Reading, PA. I hope those sons-of-bitches are locked away for a good long time. They probably will be, that is if they don't happen to be part of the good-ole-boy network (read: have rich white parents).
If they were eastern European or from Spain or southern Italy, he'd support the people who killed him. We're getting too soft on them in modern times.

You know, the thing that infuriates me the most is, while he was an illegal immigrant, he was actually going to leave this fucking country! He was being harrassed and he thought it would be best to go back to Mexico to protect him and his family. Now all that remains of the family are a widow and some orphans.
acsnyc: If you truly think those kids are such heroes, then I think that says volumes about your character and your level. You are clearly a mean-spirited piece of trash. Your "heroes" don't really need to have qualities that real heroes have, like honor, bravery, ethics, etc, the exact qualities you accuse Latinos and black people of not having no doubt. Don't get into the delusion that every white person thinks as you do, or that your small-mindedness is completely natural.
