Bin laden claimed credit for Bush's re-election and said that Bush has done more to aid Arab terrorism worldwide than anything except Israel. Kim Jong loves Bush because he has ignored him while concentrating on Iraq. Castro wants his nap, he's too old to give a shit. Kadafi could care less. Chavez hates Bush(who tried to have him assassinated) so I guess you are right about that one.
