Fundies might think they are in charge, but they are just short of that. And the laws you are prattling about, seeing as the 'founding fathers' were Deists, not Christian, they are more "Old Testament" rather than New, so fail on that.

And what you assert about blood is just stupid. And even if it was true, I think most people who needed it would leap at the chance to extend their life, even if the blood would "eventually" kill them.

Blood products don't work that way, they're separated by type -- A, B, AB, and O, as well as by + or - RH.

A hate-crime is a crime that is motivated by hate. Posting under the username JesusIsMyBitch777 is not a crime, and is therefore not a hate-crime. See how easy the real world is? Now why don't you try applying it to the rest of what you said and get back to me?

Jesse Helms was a racist, a warmonger, and a fanatic. The USA is not a Christian nation, nor was it founded as such (although the first Fundies did take over the country in the 1800s and eliminate Church-State Separation). They were the ones who gave us the ban on abortion (in early America, abortions were legal during the early term of pregnancy due to the common law inherited from Britain), Prohibition of Alcohol, Prohibition of Drugs, Government-run education, and big government in general (they did this with the help of numerous friends in business who used the government to eliminate competition).
Too bad the people of North Carolina had to elect such an embarrassing bigot to numerous Senate terms (the only close comparisons are with West Virginia and Klansman Byrd and with South Carolina and Strom Thurmond).
