Aaaargh - English homocide. Enough with the homophones and dyslexia.

Who the hell has ever asked for donations to be sent to Hawkins, Hubble or any of the other scientists.

It was dubbed the Big Bang derogatorily and it stuck. 6 milligrams of matter was converted to energy when they bombed Hiroshima. Any idea how big the bang would be to make all the matter in the universe?
