You mean like the fact that we have tree ring data going back several thousand years before Genesis said God made trees?
And, here's the interesting thing about these tree-ring sequences, despite the fact that they were constructed only from the overlapping widths of growth rings as measured from samples of preserved trees, when we carbon date them the age of those samples agrees with the age of the tree as deduced from its rings.
So dendrochronology and radiocarbon dating independently produce the same ages for the same samples, verifying one another. Which is even more interesting as we have cave paintings that carbon date to over 36000 years ago (and incidentally do not feature any images of dinosaurs).

So in just two steps we have completely blown away the creationist account. But there are dozens of other independent methods of determining the age of materials, which astoundingly all appear to agree with one another, and which extend this time line back beyond the 100s of thousands of year, beyond the millions and tens of millions of years, to billions of years ago.
Of course, all of this could mean nothing more than God created the world with the appearance of age, just as he created the light now reaching us from objects millions of light-years away in situ. And if you want to believe in a god that tell lies then be my guest. But next time you try to tell me that God said this or the bible says that, I shall reply "But you said God tells lies, so why the fuck should I believe him now?"
