Actually, there is something in our water supply that causes a rainbow when light passes through the spray. It's called WATER.

Never went to a science class, did you?
8/18/2008 11:48:28 PM
This is what happens when you drink tainted water.
8/19/2008 12:02:48 AM
"I'm just wondering what the heck is in our water supply..."
Perhaps it's water?
8/19/2008 2:45:57 AM
Dihydrogen Monoxide. It'll get you every time. I'd start a petition if I were you.
8/19/2008 4:33:56 AM
Is this girl seriously upset about being able to see colour? What the fuck?
8/19/2008 5:15:51 AM
Crackpots, they really are FUBAR.
8/19/2008 10:06:59 AM
Wouldn't impurities in the water and air keep the rainbow from forming, not cause it to be brighter?
8/19/2008 12:14:05 PM
I'm sorry this HAS to be a Poe. Otherwise yikes!
8/19/2008 1:00:18 PM
Hey Rallymodellerr, it's not Dihydrogen Monoxide, it's Oxygen Dihydride.
Geez, pay attention...
8/19/2008 9:40:54 PM
I don't know what it is, but if it's oozing from the ground it can't be good.
8/20/2008 12:24:46 AM
Damn government putting water in my oxygen supply.
8/20/2008 1:36:46 AM
Please read a physics text book. That should explain these big scary rainbows to you. @ Corwyn: He's right, it is actually Dihydrogen Monoxide. And I know I'm right coz I'm doing Chemistry at School.

Darth Vader... For Freedom
Hmmm, it's on College Humor, a site known for satirical content. Are we sure this isn't a joke?

Son of a Nonymous
No, it isn't. It's a real video, they just co-opted it for mocking purposes.
8/20/2008 11:40:41 PM
I learned about rainbows in fucking second grade.
8/22/2008 3:52:56 AM
At low temperatures, the oxygen hydrate that gives the rainbow does form a mineral in the oxide, not salt, group. Ice, with a vitreous luster, a hexagonal crystal, and no streak.
8/22/2008 2:05:06 PM
Of course this didn't happen 20 years ago! Everything was still in black and white then.
8/22/2008 6:39:02 PM
I always wonder how people this abominably stupid could have avoided suffocating in plastic bags long enough to reach adulthood...
8/22/2008 8:53:53 PM
I believe that the preferred IUPAC term for this impurity is oxilane. It's nearly everywhere! Consumption of a mere 3 kg of oxilane may result in death. Inhalation of pure oxilane causes death within 20 minutes. It's also addictive: once you start consuming it, you can never stop. Failure to consume oxilane within seven days results in dehydration and death.
All right, so the joke is a little old.
8/22/2008 11:28:52 PM
Noway! This can`t be real. Nobody`s that stupid. I knew this in 2nd grade!
8/23/2008 6:17:18 PM
I guess she never played with hoses when she was young. Now I'm wondering what's being put in her water...
8/24/2008 7:48:33 PM
This video originally was on Youtube. This person has tons of videos like this. Sorry, it's real. Pity it only survives on college humor now...
8/31/2008 3:19:11 PM
@Rallymodeller: Lol, this is my name for most online games. Let the joke continue!
