"They do not and can not know the purpose for Man. In fact, all of them believe Man has no purpose."
Please do not presume to tell me what I believe. I believe each person has whatever purpose(s) s/he establishes for him/herself.
"Therefore, they cannot make informed judgments about how men should behave toward each other, or what would be "good" or "bad" for any group of men to do, or not do."
Adults who believe in imaginary friends, have questionable judgement.
"Thus, they have no sane foundation upon which to base “laws” or rational for insisting that other men obey the laws."
Good ethical standards do not require a deity. Neither do they have anything to do with the ToE, other than those who understand and accept the ToE have better critical thinking skills than those who believe in creationism/ID.
"Thus, the religion they profess to believe renders them incapable of participating in any decision about what men ought to do. But, that is the purpose of all law."
Many persons who understand and accept the ToE are religious, many are not.
"Therefore, in a sane society, evolutionists should not be allowed to vote, or influence laws or people in any way!"
Babbling insane persons should not be allowed to vote, influence laws, people or anything more important than a tepid glass of water in any way.
"They should, perhaps, make bricks to earn enough to eat."
I'm sure some "evolutionists" are in the brick-making business. Perhaps you should spend more time justifying YOUR existence rather than question the value of others. I'd say you have your work cut out for you.
