I'm not afraid, I don't hate, and I don't mock homosexuals.

But that doesn't mean that I agree with their life style
No one asked you to. And I'm sure most homosexuals could care less wither you agree or not.
How long will people continue to equate disagreement with hate and fear?
Do you think people picketing funerals with signs that read "God Hates Fags", or people posting on a Christian forum that gays should be executed is not hatred? Do you think homosexuals being killed for no other reason than their sexuality is not hatred?
If (and that's one big IF) - but if you believe in evolution, then you can NOT believe in homosexuality as a valid lifestyle, unless you think that this mess (called "life") is finally cleaning itself up after all these millennia.
1. Who in the fuck are you to tell me that because I accept evolutionary theory that I cannot accept peopleliving a gay lifestyle? The world dosen't work like that and once you figure that out you be a whole lot better off.

Let me explain: If life originated because of evolution, it was an accident - matter, energy, space and time working in random chaos
Life didn't originate because of evolution, evolution is what happened after life arose."Accidents" imply an intelligent actor, organic molocules coming together to form a living organism is a natural process, not an "accident". And what in the fuck does it matter if it was?
When *I* have an accident - say I spill my milk all over the table, I get up, I go into the kitchen, I grab some towels, I come back, and I clean up the accidental spill

If life truly IS an accident, maybe homosexuality is nature's way of wiping up the mistake to finally, once and for all, get rid of human life!
Again, Evolution does not work that way. The human race is never going to become completly or majority homosexual
But if you DO believe in evolution, then you must understand that homosexuality is counter productive to the propagation of the species, so it is in violation of the evolutionary process.
It's counter productive to the propagation of an individual, but not the species as a whole. Homosexuality violates no evolutionary process, In fact it's possible that it could be an evolutionary process in and of itself, as a way to prevent overpopulation through natural selection
Personally, I do NOT believe in evolution. I believe that God designed us, and just as you don't go putting peanut butter in the carburetor of your car because it violates the operating specs that Ford Motor Company (or Chrysler, or who ever) wrote to keep the vehicle running properly, likewise, homosexuality is in violation of the operating specs of the human species.
There are no "operating specs" to the human species, we are not born with an owner's manual.

No, really you're not. Also many animals exhibit self awareness, social interaction, and higher thought processes. As for souls I have absolutley no reason to think that I or anyone else has a "soul".

What controversy? Most of the world accepts homosexuality as a natural occurence. It's the holier-than-thou people like you who refuse to deal with reality on reality's terms. Just accept the fact that some people are gay and that no amount of screaming, praying, bitching, or whining is going to change that.

There is not a single person on this planet or any other that is in any way obligated to change themselves in any way, just to make the world the way you want it, or the way you think that your god wants it. To think that every gay man & woman can just stop being gay and not be attracted to people of the same sex, just because that's the way you think it should be is a supreme act of both arrogance and stupidity.
