Just on a point of information, many homosexuals do not practice anal sex. Of those who do, most in the western world are abstemious about cleanliness, ensuring that the anal passage is vacated, clean and appropriately washed out.
It's probably too much information for most decent people, but the prurience of Christians demands that they be informed, so that they cannot use such misunderstandings to marshall unfounded disgust as a support for their bigotry.
Finally, heterosexuals who also engage in anal sex, should be aware of such matters of cleanliness too.
