Well, dinos did die off approximately 65 million years ago. It's called radioisotope dating and geology.
Ever hear of a guy by the name of Christian Spurling? He revealed in 1993 that it was a hoax--he used a 14 inch toy submarine, sculpted a dino head and neck out of plastic wood, and put that sculpture over the submarine's conning tower.

Well, first of all that's "lock" with a k, not two c's and "Ness" is capitalised.
Secondly, I can tell you for certain that Nessy is NOT a dinosaur. Dinosaurs were land dwelling animals, you will not find one living in a lock.

Point to one. The oldest cave paintings in the world are in France and date to, if I recall correctly, about 15,000 years ago. Guess what, no dinosaurs are shown.

You seem confused. The accuracy is generally around 100% assuming the test is done properly, calibrated correctly and you're doing the test on something testable that's within the dating range of the method you've chosen.
