God decides what to do. If he creates discrepancies purposeful, there is always wisdom in it. If you think God is a poor designer then I want you or the whole scientific world to get together and make a FLY. ok. JUST A FLY. WE will give you 10 years.

So God is right, even when he's not?

Already done.
However, I like your idea of a challenge. Let's change the terms:
You pray for a cure for cancer. You can bring in as many fundies as you like to help you.
In the meantime, scientists will continue to work for one.
The winner gets to decide who the loser votes for in every election for the rest of their lives.
Deal?
Well, we've got some proto-cells.
It turns out life takes a long time to evolve, and it's totally impossible for something to create it instantly.
Oh, wait, you were trying to disprove our point? Well, you failed.
@Doctor Whom:
"Make me a woman."
Uh-
hmm.
uh...
uhm... no.
god had eternity before he created the world (taking 6 days to do so, despite omnipotence)with all the errors in the design of animals (including humans)
Give science (say) 1000 years to grow organisma
Fail. Yes, I think God is a bad designer, or would be, anyway, if He and Creationism were real.
And whether or not we humans, who don't have God's infinite power, could do any better is irrelevant .
If he creates discrepancies purposeful, there is always wisdom in it
Dogs have the same genes we have for color vision, only they're defective and don't work. What's the wisdom in giving a dog defective color vision genes, as opposed to leaving them out entirely? What engineer would put a whole ignition system in a diesel engine, then leave it disconnected? What builder would build a three bedroom house by building four bedrooms and leaving one of them sealed up?
And I quote:
"Heellllp meeeeeeee".
Dogs have the same genes we have for color vision, only they're defective and don't work.
Ah, but monochrome vision works better in low light levels, giving better vision at dawn and dusk which is when wild dogs hunt. It's almost as if there's some sort of selection process at work!
If you think God is a poor designer then I want you or the whole scientific world to get together and make a FLY.
I don't make insects, I just help them realize how dumb they are through internet debates.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
