Just because one is permitted to practice takeyya/kitman/hudna (and I admit I have no idea what those words mean) doesn't mean they do it all the time.
Take as a set all things permitted to Muslims to practice and as a subset of these takeyya/kitman/hudna . The subset does not cover the entirety of the set. Therefore, there are activities that are permitted to Muslims that are not t/k/h. Therefore, not everything Muslims do is t/k/h.

Actually, when you look up the Arabic words that OR spits out there: Taqiyya - lying for the common good or to promote peace among the people, Kitman - concealment of purpose, and hudna - temporary ceasefire between warring factions, his points become meaningless.
