It never works, heavy beats or aggresive rythyms don't work in Christian music (the heaviest stuff they've adopted from classical works weren't Christian praise music origionally)
Christians produce wimpy, by the numbers, formulatic drivel. You'd really have more acceptance of "christian Music" if you'd just accept the popular (succesful) bands odd (once in ten songs) Christian music
I could make a kick ass Christian CD now with the Beatles, Supertramp, Ozark mountain Daredevils, CCR, Crosby,Stills and Nash, Billy Joel, Albert Hammond, Johnny Cash, George Harrison, Joe Cocker, Elton John, the Pouges, Dylan, The Bells and many Motown bands that would blow any Christian band off the charts in quality and meaning. These songs may or may not be Christian but they're all spiritual.
I think a compilation like this would be a hit with moderate Christians and people that like songs of hope and joy.
But you dicks won't listen unless it's within your buttoned down style and your narrow myths. So you get Victoria Jackson and Pat Boone.
