Quote# 4786

Why bother being good in this life when there is so much to gain in the world by being bad... and nothing to lose in the end? I have yet to receive an answer that did not eventually lapse into some sort of sappy-religion. So my conclusion is that most intellectual atheists are bad guys who are just afraid to be bad.

Insult me much more you snotty-nosed little pipsqueak and maybe you'll learn just how bad I can be.

The fact that "there is so much to gain if you´re bad" is actually sappy. Because of the ethics of reciprocication(so much present in the Bible and so little that you refer to them). If everybody is bad and doesn´t care for the common wellfare, the disadvantages and bad outcomes surpasse so much the advantages and benefits that it´s not worth.

Allegory for Jesus

You're fucking retarded if you think it is easy and beneficial to "be bad". To say nothing of the fact that if everyone behaved in that fashion, there would no such thing as society, if someone in society behaves like that, they burn too many fucking bridges and will eventually alienate himself from other people and probably get arrested if he is "bad" enough. What world do Christians live in where they are only good because they get rewarded in the afterlife? Not only is that selfish on its face, but their religion doesn't even fucking say that being good matters in regards to the afterlife, what with that "faith" and "salvation" bit and all. And yet they insist that appeasing Jesus is the gold standard for morality. Fucking morons.

It depends. I'd prefer to spend my life in a country that had LAWS, so never mind what you're Big Book-o-Myths says.
