Quote# 47894

The thing that bugs me most is that people over here do not recognise what Sarah could do for the world. She is an ordinary mom, from a small town, and she holds values that so many people share (not only in America, but worldwide)... The world would be a much safer place with SARAH.

Josef Stalin was an ordinary dad from a small town who held the same values as so many people shared. Look what he did for the world!

9/27/2008 6:30:42 PM

this "Garvan" might just as well fall down and kiss palins feet.

9/27/2008 6:38:13 PM

Yes, she's an ordinary mom, with a hateful, vengeful streak in her. She's repeatedly abused what power she has. And you want to give her MORE power. Nevermind the fact she has no experience dealing with foreign dignitaries, yet if McCain bites it, she'd be the one in charge of the nation.

The world, especially America, would be a far more dangerous place with Sarah Palin.

9/27/2008 6:39:37 PM

So sarah's not here right now? Just exactly where the fuck is she then?

And she's not an ordinary mom. Most mothers have at least a semblence of common sense. This cunt has none.

9/27/2008 6:40:35 PM

Except the parts she wants to kill fucking dead with her bare hands.

In other words: All of it.

9/27/2008 6:42:44 PM

Rebellious Scot

Hmm, yes hunting aerially and offering bounty for the forelegs is a good value. Yes... Right. Keep dreaming Dr Mengele. Not to mention, the world is split into tons of religions, most of them terrified of Palin, she's America answer to Fundies.

Bad news.

9/27/2008 6:44:41 PM

cui bono

She is a vacuous puppet, controlled by a coven of 6 cloned Donald Rumsfeld’s, and a herd of home schooled Hovard & Haggard lovers, who spend their free time looking for Noah’s ark.

9/27/2008 7:05:02 PM

As Bill Maher said last night, yes she did get elected governor because she is a moose-shooting baby machine. And she represents you - a moronic bimbo.

9/27/2008 7:12:41 PM

What does the babble say about women and their place in the world? Doesn't this god fellow tell you that women should shut the fuck up and stay the hell out of mens business and politics? Why do you hate god's word so much?

9/27/2008 7:14:30 PM

...Your stupid burns me.

9/27/2008 7:26:27 PM

Her experience, competence, governance record, knowledge and skills are irrelevant because she's "one of us" and "shares our values." The Cult of Caribou Barbie is the ultimate example of identity politics gone mad in our era.

9/27/2008 7:28:22 PM

If Garvan owned a multi-billion dollar international business, why would he choose an ordinary mom from a small town to run it?

9/27/2008 7:31:27 PM

The world would be a much safer place with SARAH.

People who hold a black/white, good/evil absolutist view of the world don't tend to make anything safer, just the opposite in fact. They see all who disagree with them as evil, and in her type of worldview, that which is evil must be destroyed.

9/27/2008 7:37:30 PM

Old Viking

I think we've had an adequate peek at Sarah's values.

9/27/2008 7:46:45 PM

Redneck Bimbo Governor

The world would be a much safer place with SARAH in a mental institution.

All fixed.

9/27/2008 7:50:57 PM

I agree. Let's give an RR-tard 10,000 nukes and tell her to fill her boots...

9/27/2008 8:18:26 PM

I'm voting for GLADOS.

9/27/2008 8:27:10 PM

A woman should be reminded of her station. Except if she uses firearms; then she can do as she pleases.

9/27/2008 8:35:01 PM

Oh yeah, I agree. Women and little girls being forced into motherhood, polar bears probably being knocked out of existence, animals being hunted from the air, creationism being taught in school, gays being denied the right to marry the person they love. Oh yes, the world will be a much better place.

9/27/2008 8:35:02 PM

Garvan, keep your dreams of American Fundy supremacism and shove 'em where the sun don't shine.

OTOH, Speak all you like about your own country, but keep that gun-toting person on your own shores. Besides, I don't know if she has ever travelled abroad. It seems against the GOP Code of Behaviour.

I can tell you for a fact that very few Europeans share Mrs Palin's view.

- We don't like guns
- We like to conserve nature, not destroy it
- We are not at all religious in public life
- We don't like foreign politicians sticking their noses in uninvited
- We don't like censorship
- We don't approve of trying to fire Librarians unless there is a valid reason for doing so - not personal reasons or spleen.
- We don't go 'Praise the Lawd' much

That's just for starters. Happily she probably doesn't have a passport. I can't see her being welcomed in the Middle East either, especially if she's into not praising Allah. Besides, she's not a man, so that makes her usefulness in that region pretty low.

9/27/2008 9:04:41 PM

And this qualifies her to be second-in-command, and possibly leader of a world power, does it?

9/27/2008 9:07:08 PM

@ Xotan ... She does have a passport, but she only got it in the last year. She said she was in Afghanistan and Germany IIRC, and Ireland. Well the Afghanistan and Germany were to see the troops there (it was two countries with American troops anyway), and as for Ireland: her plane touched down in Shannon for refueling and she claimed that as a visit there!!

We're used to the American quick travel: If it's Tuesday it must be Berlin, but that's ridiculous!

9/27/2008 9:43:51 PM

Yeah, we're REAL safe with this idiot bitch in office. Fuck I hate you assholes, you won't be happy till we're all fucking dead.

9/27/2008 9:46:44 PM

To add a few points to Xotans:

- We want our kids be adequately prepared for their sexual life, with knowledge about contraception and STDs, and not to only learn that they have to be abstinent till marriage

- We want our kids to learn scientific theories in science classes, not biblical stories about creation

- Most of us are rather tolerant concerning homosexual marriages and in many countries within the EU homosexuals are already allowed to marry each other or at least to have some form of civil union

- Same goes for abortion. They are, with a few restrictions (maximum months of pregnancy, prior counselling by psychologists and so on), allowed in most european countries. You will find only few europeans supporting such a strict anti abortion policy like Sarah Palin.

9/27/2008 9:53:31 PM

G, we find her dangerous. Need to call a few favors...
