Quote# 4791

Hey well the Pharisees didn't like Jesus. Jesus out right insulted them and called them names. I don't see the problem with Rush [Limbaugh] speaking his mind and insulting others as he does.

Did she seriously just liken Rush to Jesus? Isn't that blasphemy? That offends me, and I don't even believe in the guy.

When John Lennon said the Beatles were bigger than Jesus, it was a wicked sin. But Rush is Jesus, and that's O.K.?

Dr. Shrinker

Jesus called the Pharisees to task because they were hypocritical, self righteous and self-centered. Rush bears a much closer resemblance to the Pharisees than to Jesus.

El Guapo

Rush is just like Jesus, except that Rush is real, and also a big fat asshole.

Actually, the Pharisees weren't politically powerful enough to matter until about 80AD, well after the death of Jesus. Which is why every biblical scholar recognizes any interaction between Jesus and 'The Pharisees' is a later addition. Thanks for trying though.

What's the difference between Rush Limbaugh and the Hindenburg?

One's a giant Nazi gasbag, and one's the Hindenburg

Limbaugh at least used to, and maybe still does, regularly mock the homeless.

Jesus said, "whatever you do unto the last and the least of these, you do unto Me."

See the problem there?
