only if their life or somebody else's is clearly in immediate danger. Being gay doesn't put their life or anybody else's in immediate danger, unless they live in Saudi Arabia or Iran or some place like that, in which case the correct way to get them out of danger is to either help them move to a more accepting place or find some way to help change the laws, not to try to get them to suppress their sexuality.
