Quote# 48269

The choice to celebrate (or just "dress up") during Halloween or not is ultimately going to be up to you to make. Remember that this holiday, no matter how commercialized, still has pagan roots and is very anti-Christian.

Yeah, just like Christmas and Easter. Easter is even named after a pagan deity.

I recommend you give up celebrating any Christian holidays as almost all of them have pagan roots and/or pagan rite incorporated into them. In fact, why don't you just become a pagan?

yes, clearly if a holiday is part of someone elses religion, it should not be celebrated by anyone wether ther in your religion or not.

now if they said " people shouldnot celebrat all hellows eve because it has a violant past. it was baced on colecting people to be scarofised." then it would be okay.

but when thay say heloween is evil becaust it's non christian, there just being bigoted. what's next will they declare honica evil. because it's not christian

When I was a kid, my community had Halloween parties all over town, you went straight to your party after trick or treating, based on your age group. And almost all of them were located in church basements.
