"Creation is based on scientific fact, as well as a written record by eyewitnesses. Evolution is just a religion."
Where were you when the defence needed you in Kitzmiller vs Dover eh, Pissyourself?! [/sarcasm] Oh yes, that's right. KvD was in late 2005, three years before Obama was elected.
2005. When a certain George Dumbya Bush - a Conservative Christian who believed in Creationism - was elected again. By the likes of you: Conservative Christians who believe in Creationism. Just three years previously, he personally appointed to the Federal bench one John E. Jones III, himself a Conservative Christian. Clearly (then)he thought he'd have all bases covered, re, his own Religious Reich agenda.
But foresight - certainly hindsight - isn't 20-20 for you lot. Like I say: where were you when the defence needed you in that court case, which would set a US Constitution (and USA as a whole)-affecting precedent...?
Seems that the Honourable Judge John E. Jones III didn't see things your way, I'm afraid. And have you got the cojones to say to his face that he's a liar? Because it's not as if he - an expert in the law - isn't going to take you to court for allegations of Perjury (a very serious crime in the eyes of the court) against him, nosiree. [/hyper-sarcasm
As a result of KvD, Evolution has been proven to be fact. Creation is worse than lies (because the Bible cannot be used as evidence to back up it's own claims in a court of law). The law says so (Romans 13:1-5 forces you to abide by & obey the law, or go to Hell!). We Atheists are right, and you are...:

Not only can we Atheists say 'We have the evidence. We win', we have no less than the law on our side.
You FAIL, Kissmyarse. >:D
