My Gods, do these people even, I don't know, look at *pictures* of the Obamas? Logical words may be wasted on them, but I'd think they could at least grasp pictures. Perhaps a slide show is in order: "This is an American Muslim woman in a veil. This is Michelle Obama at a rally. Can you tell me what the differences are?"
