That's funny, because in high school, I remember a devout Protestant boy who had a lisp.
If KJB is correct, this means that one of the following is true:
a) Protestants reject the Bible. (False. In fact, most Protestants I've met use the KJV, so even if the KJV were the only "right" translation, this wouldn't be true.)
b) The boy was faking the lisp. (False--it wasn't until he had speech therapy several years later that he was able to speak properly.)
c) The Bible is not God's Word. (Debatable, but KJB, and most other Christians, would insist it's false.)
So we're left with two possibilities, one or both of which must be true:
1. Lisping is totally unrelated to the acceptance of God's Word, whatever God's Word turns out to be.
2. The Bible is not God's Word.
