This has got to be a joke.
Oh, and the FCC can't step in and censor the internet, what with the "F" in there standing for "federal". The internet is international, meaning that your government has no jurisdiction over the vast majority of content. They can try to block access to sites from computers within your country, but they'll never be able to actually shut down all of the content you find questionable, and people will always find ways of getting around the filters they set up.

Since the onus of censorship is placed on the service provider in this scenario, I have to saw it will not work. The people who run porn sites are much more clever, resourceful, and wealthy than that. They'll get their product through, no matter what silly filters and such are used to try and stop them. :)
