Well the whole idea of young women going off to college is unBiblical and following the depraved culture of today. The sole purpose is to disobey what God has called women to be--wives and mothers who take care of their homes and families9A fulltime job!!!). So is she has a career and then has children, she will leave them to others to raise and then one day will wonder why none of her children love or serve the Lord when adults. CHildren are to be homeschooled. Sending them to Public School almost guarantees them being totally corrupted and ending up damned forever.
We are not doing things God's way. The Biblical Family has been COMPLETELY UNDERMINED AND OVERTURNED in this nation and the church is following the world, and we are losing our children at a rate of 3 out of four and the divorce rate is over 50%. We have forsaken God's ways and are reaping the consequences.

I agree that women getting education is unbiblical.
According to the bible a woman is the proprty of first her father and then her husband, without the permission to live her own life or even have an opinion that is different from that of her master (i.e. father / husband).

Actually, I'd personally much rather that someone with WAY BETTER than an 8th-grade homeschooled education be working on my car. Especially if it's something my 50s greaser gearhead father can't figure out himself.
(Dad went to HS twice, because he had to drop out and join the Navy to avoid reform school in '59. He also went to several years of technical school in the decades since. If something is so wrong with my 'Stang that he can't fix it himself -- or even diagnose it -- I want a *trained professional* working on it. Not some "Goddidit" dashboard dog.)

Do you always repair your own car? If not then how come, when you think you're so much better than mechanics? Is it because you don't know how? If so then how can you consider someone to be less educated or thicker than yourself if they have such a vast understanding of a complicated subject about which you know next to nothing?
And if you do then you must know a fair bit about mechanics in relation to cars...but according to you those people are uneducated and/or stupid. So you'd be calling yourself those things.

Hmmmm, I went to public school. My mom was a single parent. And I go to college. Hell, I took a Philosophy of Relgion class. Somehow I still managed to be a Christian and a fairly good person. Whereas you are an ass.

I have a decend education, but I would not want my kids to learn from me - because I don't know everything they learn in school these days. Let alone, my math skills are horrible! I'm decent with languages (except spelling) I do corrupt them on my own, I don't need public school for that (at least corruption in a way you view it)
So, my kids would stop a math education at 8th grade level and spell like kindergardeners and are corrupted for god anyway - I don't see how this is an advantage for my children?!

Coming from an area with gang violence, I used to be in favor of homeschooling. Statistically, areas with higher violence are not able to take advantage of homeschooling options. Therefore, endangerment may be a good reason but not practical. More and more I am starting to support initiatives to abolish parent-only schooling. A qualified teacher is needed. Posts like this strengthen my opinion.
