Does false evolution theory tell you that "stable" human pop is natural? Evolution also lies, claims that humans are nothing special, so why not mug somebody and steal their wallet? Wars, crimes, who cares? Christian worldview tells me to SERVE people.

Certainly, all creatures evolved to breed at a rate higher than their pre-breeding age mortality rate.

No. Evolution has caused all animals have a drive to reproduce. Reproduction is yital to the continued existence of any lifeform.

Humans ARE animals, but we are animals who have developed ethics. Not all of us need to feel the we are special creations of a deity to be nice to our fellow beings.

Standard materialist-religious denial. Anything that might lead to them having less for themselves is EVIL. So they make up childish strawmen, like environmentalists are lazy hippies that make up words like 'pollution' because really they care more about frogs than people. Darwin was an evil pre-Crowley figure of magic because all science is a fraud. And of course, their particular tribal God is to be thanked for the very real benefits that science provides them (like a healthy lifestyle with antibiotics and theory of germs, where they have the damn LEISURE to sit and throw stones at those evil intellectuals that provided them a forum to do so)

Oh, for fuck's sake.

1) Evolution agrees that sex is pleasurable to encourage animals to mate and produce offspring. Evolution also agrees that having a large number of offspring is beneficial to survival.

2) No one will disagree when you say that procreating is vital. However, because of modern science, we no longer need to have five or six children to ensure passing on our genes -- in western countries, infant and childhood mortality rates are extremely low, meaning that having one or two kids is perfectly acceptable. Our planet has become overpopulated thanks to modern medicine. If everyone had six kids, that problem would only get worse. The current trend of having only a couple children is a lot more beneficial than the creationist clown-car vagina plan.

3) Evolution gave us our morality, so it's perfectly natural for us to not mug people and steal their wallets. Sociopaths are NOT the norm. And it's not Christianity that tells us to be good to others, it's our internal morality -- which comes from our own genetic makeup, not any religion -- that prevents us from harming people. Regardless of whether or not we're 'special' on a larger scale, we are 'programmed' by evolution to view our species as special, and knowledge of how evolution works isn't enough to overcome those powerful instincts.

a stable population is always natural. too little food = mass death. too much food = pregnancy boom. it is not stable in the sense that it is always the same, it is stable in the sense that the sum of the whole is roughly the median. In other words, back when four or five of the kids would die of the plague or smallpox or polio, then yes, six kids was a good idea, because the population stayed roughly the same. but nowadays, when ALL of your children are virtually guaranteed to survive into adulthood, this causes a FUCKING EXPONENTIAL EXPLOSION OF RETARDED FUNDIES. And, if every couple on earth popped out six kids, the earth would be a burnt-out cinder in less than a century.

On an unrelated note, I will never understand why you people think 'i was not placed here for an explicit purpose' is equivalent to 'my life and the lives of all people are completely and inherently worthless'. If the only thing keeping you from raping and murdering those people around you is the holy scripture, then i think SOMEBODY needs to be taken off of the streets.
