Leaving aside for the moment the issue of indoctrination (i.e., brainwashing), there's no way the kids are going to get a state-accredited education if the Bible is your only textbook. Denying them any kind of actual substantive education amounts to child abuse (and in my opinion, the brainwashing makes the situation a thousand times worse). I wish I knew where this person lived, so I could sic Child Services on her.

Here in the UK, even private tutors and homeschooling parents have to abide by the National Curriculum, which includes teaching Evolution & the Big Bang as fact.
It's the law.
No Kitzmiller vs. Dover required.
