Wow, talk about unmitigated arrogance.
Let's say that Obama does in fact gleefully promote the murder of children (he doesn't, of course, but let's just say he does). How does that make him worse than St. Paul, a man who before being "chosen" by God, was a professional killer of Christians?
Who are you, Ort, to say what God does and does not will? Who are you, Ort, to determine that not only is Obama not a "Christian," but that he will, in fact, never be a "Christian?" I wasn't aware that RR could predict the future.

Actually, it's *your* little Raptard fantasy that isn't in line with your precious Bible, and most Christians -- you know, the REAL ones, who emulate Christ and have compassion for others -- look at you and laugh. Idiot.

I'm pretty sure most states' "Safe Haven" laws don't include laundry rooms.

Yeah, all the real Christians are absolute wingnuts, and anybody short of that is not welcome on the board.

Obama isn't, never was, and never will be a Christian.
Laddie, do ye know a true Scotsman?
He advocates the murder of the unborn, who if they aren't properly murdered the first time, they can just be left as unwanted garbage in a laundry room of the abortion/murder clinic.
If it was murder, how come you don't see these women arrested for it?
This man's views are not in line with the Word of God or any believer who has their head on straight and is grounded in the Word.
You mean psycho, right wing world view?
If they wish to defend him, they can do it on a democrat board where their audience will be more receptive. I don't want to see it here, and I don't believe I am alone in this view. If I am alone in this view, then everybody please let me know about it in this thread, and everybody can talk about or praise Obama 'till the cows come home.
If I wanted some whine I would've brought some cheese.

Of course, it's okay to ignore the parts about Jesus abhoring the death penalty and unnecessary wars and advocating taxes and caring for the poor. The people at RR aren't even Christian, they're just fundie wackos who ignore some parts of the Bible and blow up other parts to huge proportions.

I kinda fucking doubt you know much about Chrisitanity Ort. If you did you would know that there is something called the 9th commandment that covers liars like you. You should pray to God for forgiveness for your sin of lying, and while you're at it, you had better pray for forgiveness for violating the 1st commandment too. Setting yourself up as God and presuming to determine who is or is not a Christian, based on your own POLITICAL beliefs is the ultimate of arrogance and blasphemy. GOD is not spelled G-O-P, nor is he to be used to advance your right-wing(or anyone's left-wing) political agenda. You are an arrogant toad and a self-centered pharisee, mocking God for your politics.

FAIL,outlawing abortion /= less abortions,it means more COATHANGER ABORTIONS fucking moron. This is where pro-"lifers" fail the most. Coathanger abortions kill the mother. How can anyone be so stupid as to outlaw abortion.

If their own Bible--which they claim to live by and want others to live by, too--says that a hard-core Christian hater (Paul) saw Jesus, converted, and became a preacher, why would they say Obama "never will be" a Christian?
And why do they try so hard to make the rest of us become Christians if they think some people are just hopeless cases?

He advocates the murder of the unborn
Supporting a woman's right to abortion is not 'advocating abortions' more than supporting a war is 'advocating the killing of civilians'.
who if they aren't properly murdered the first time, they can just be left as unwanted garbage in a laundry room of the abortion/murder clinic.
What's worst, that dipshits spout this bullshit, or that a number of people actually believe it?
This man's views are not in line with the Word of God
The Bible doesn't even mention abortion. The closest thing you get is induced miscarriage by violence, which is punishable by fine. Not death sentence, which is the punishment for killing, a fine.
The Bible is not against abortion. It's that damned simple.
or any believer who has their head on straight and is grounded in the Word.
You do realize that most Christians have not read the Word, right? Reading the Bible cover to cover is for the few.
If they wish to defend him, they can do it on a democrat board where their audience will be more receptive. I don't want to see it here, and I don't believe I am alone in this view.
Why not? We allow fundies here. We allow woo at the JREF forums. Why not allow 'anti-Christian' views at Rapture Ready?

Funny thing, but nothing about the "unborn" is in the Nicene Creed at all. Weird thing for them to omit, isn't it, if that alone is enough to make someone not a Christian?

@ozznova: Obama debated against the Born Alive Infant Protection Acts while he was in the Illinois Senate, saying that the bill was completely unnecessary but could be used to erode abortion rights. The stuff about babies dying in a laundry room came from Jill Stanek who is certifiably insane.

Lay off. Ort has the complete right to say what s/he did on the board s/he posted.

@dion:
The fact that Ort has the right to say what he says is irrelevant, as he is still an asshole and that's what we deal with here.
Would I "expect" to see raving support for McCain on a democrat forum? No. But would I tell all the McCain supporters to kindly fuck off? No. Hearing dissenting beliefs is how we better ourselves and hone our own thoughts and opinions; we may disagree, and thus express our point clearly, or we may be moved to change our minds.
Any intelligent person should be open to this. If you don't understand that, then learn it now.
Plus that thing about Obama not being a Christian, along with the thing about abortions, was an outright lie and that's not really something I stand for.
