For 1-5, a baby is NOT a fetus or an embryo. So, yes, a baby should have rights... but a fetus/embryo should not, as it is not conscious or sentient.
For 6, your God very much supports murder. Read your bible.
7&8, aren't you the ones who claim that all humans are 'stained' with original sin? Thus, a baby wouldn't be pure according to your own bible, would it?

If all this is true and abortion was so damn important to God, why didn't the Bible clearly forbid abortion? Why does it go into all these elaborate rules about "uncovering the nakedness" of your sister, your father's daughter, your mother's daughter, your son's daughter, your daughter's daughter, your father's wife's daughter, your son's wife, a woman and her daughter, a woman and her son's daughter or a woman and her daughter's daughter, but never once mentions abortion except to require the payment of a fine to the husband if someone injures his wife so she miscarries?
