Quote# 51228

Just last night after baseball practice, my 11yr old son and I were driving home when someone almost pulled out in front of us. It could have been a bad accident. After I blew my horn and mumbled to myself about how ignorant some people could be, my 11yr old said "Oh well....we would have just gotten to Heaven a little sooner. You know how much I like baseball, Dad, but I am ready to go now." I just looked at him and smiled and said "You're absolutely right son....and we are one day closer." That's something we say around the house frequently. "We're one day closer to Heaven". It's true, and today would be fine with me.

Repeat. And still just as mind numbingly stupid.

"my 11yr old son and I were driving home"

Really? Your son can drive? And your car can use two drivers at once?

And repost... It's not October anymore. Well, not in like 3 hours.

"Oh well....we would have just gotten to Heaven a little sooner."

Where in scripture does it say that you go to heaven when you die? The Bible speaks often of a resurrection and judgment at some future time. If BAC wants to believe in the Christian Bible, he should teach his son that he will die, then he will remain dead in his grave until such time as Jesus judges him and decides whether or not he will be admitted to heaven based not on what the kid did, but on God's grace. Also, if the kid hasn't been baptized (and most of these RR folks are either Baptists or BIEBNOs (Baptists in everything but name only) who don't baptize children) then according to scripture he isn't going to heaven anyway. Good for the arrogant little holier-than-thou prick.

I haven't seen this one before. Also I don't find it creepy since this is kind of how I figured people who believe in an afterlife would think.

The way you rapture retards have your kids brainwashed really creeps me out.
It should be fun for them thirty years from now when they're still here, and still working serving fries (and maybe changing your diapers).

11/1/2008 3:12:22 AM

That's really, really creepy and wrong. And it reminds me of the scene in the movie Saved! when Mary steps out in front of traffic because she was told her dead dad was in Heaven.

11/1/2008 3:21:18 AM

Umm, does anyone not get scared for this family? Maybe one day dear old dad will lead the gang in a chorus of "I'll Fly Away", and pass the grape Kool-Aid around...

Really? Your son can drive? And your car can use two drivers at once?

You're a batshit insane fucker who needs to have his parenting license revoked.

11/1/2008 8:27:09 AM

You need a licence to drive, own a gun, hunt and even catch some fish. Yet for some reason any mentally deluded fuckup can freely create a new human being and and be responsible for its upbringing.

Aw! How nice for you and your son to have got killed. You must be really disappointed - and mad (in the sense of being a lunatic)!

Btw, on Prophecy Fellowship (another site, I know, but still part of the Rapture crowd) some of them seemed pleased that the UHC for children in Hawaii had failed, because they felt that government should not interfer in people's lives. Perhaps this utterly careless attitude is common among these insane idiots? "It doesn't matter if people suffer and die because that's god's will."

...my 11yr old said "Oh well....we would have just gotten to Heaven a little sooner. You know how much I like baseball, Dad, but I am ready to go now."

Congratulations on robbing a young child of his joi de vivre.
