I think it is safe to say... After two times, if this guy was doing something wrong, he would be complete toast. It may have been a warning, it may be a justified 'hey, bub, you are getting to close...'... but it would only be that. If he was doing anything seriously bad, he DEFINITELY would be an ash tray.
