Scientifically speaking, it's hard to measure levels of happiness, as it is a very subjective thing. I'm happy most of the time, and for me happiness is calmness, contentment, feeling at peace, being surrounded by family and friends, feeling loved. To someone else, happiness might be a jumping around, laughing themselves silly with mirth.
Atheism correlates to lack of belief in gods. That's about it.
Rapture Ready, on the other hand, correlates to depression, suicidal tendencies (though suicide is a sin for them) and much more.
Sexual deviance? You mean groping, poking, boofing, assault, rape, pushing until she gives in to find peace, hard-core porn, "abstinence-only", anal to preserve vaginal "virginity", etc?
Love and attraction towards a consenting adult, and consensual sex together, that's hardly "deviance".
We say we are happy because consciously we are convinced that we feel happiness, and subconsciously we feel happy.
I'm not free of guilt. I have done many things that might have made other people sad or angry, and I feel bad for their sake. The only thing I know I've done that was really illegal, was paying junior fee on public transport after I had reached adult age limit (at age 18, people thought I was 15, so few questioned it, I even had to show ID almost every time at the liquor-store (age limit 20) until I was about 35). I was found out once and paid the fine (no judge involved in such minor misdemeanors, so no judgment).
Atheists don't preach atheism (you must be thinking of Christian fundies) that much. Mostly we just argue against fundies, but that's more in the nature of answers, counter-arguments, not preaching.
Incognito means unknown, in disguise. You have a "neat" (clean, tidy, or undiluted) in the end instead... Are you unclean, untidy, diluted?
