The difference is that the Puppy is a fully developed living creature with a functioning nervous system while the embryo is just a small clump of stem cells that might very well be spontaneously aborted or suffer a miscarriage.
Until that fetus can survive outside the womb unaided it's not worth as much as that puppy.

Your "arguments" fails on a number of points (and none of them are helped by the fact that you type as if using your feet. Making a little effort in spelling, grammar and such will very often help you being taken seriously - if your logic is sound that is). Dogs do have nervous systems - they do feel pain, which in turn means that it is more than possible to torture them.
Yes, there are abortions performed every day, but millions? Really? Millions? Do you have any idea how much that is? Probably not, as evident by your post. Oh, and abortions are performed before the zygot is classified as a baby. The tiny aggregate of cells are unable to sustain itself. Therefore it is not alive, and as such it is not a baby.
Did you know, by the way, that mostly all women (might be all as far as I know) will experience a couple of miscarriages when attempting to get pregnant. Chances are the woman will not even notice it, but rather suspect it to be a bad period. Nature itself spontaneously abort many fertilized eggs...
