And getting rid of some or Bush's decisions would be great. Like the ones that extend presidential powers and wiretap civilians.

Maybe I'm colder than most, but no, not really. Many women flush such a thing from their bodies without even knowing it happened...are they evil, too? And the fact that such things are happening to further critical medical research makes it fairly un-evil to me as well. If an egg gets fertilized and then used otherwise to help someone that's paralyzed to walk again, how the hell is it evil?
Nope, it doesn't really sound particularly evil, when you consider that stem cells could be saving millions and millions of lives each year, and improving the quality of millions of other lives.
And I suspect that stem cells used in stem cell research actually come from leftover blastocysts from IVF and stuff, that just sit around taking up space or get tossed or whatever now, anyway.
Evil? No. If the harvested stem cells can be used to cure diabetes, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis etc etc. Then no. It doesn't sound evil at all. It's almost a shame that you pulled your "facts" from your ass.

No, not really. I think it's more evil for you to prevent people from getting better and from finding ways to treat illnesses because of your religious mindset.
@GigaGuess: Exactly, I don't see how people make such a fuss about embryos that would otherwise be thrown out in the garbage, anyway.
When did these fundies' love affair with embryos begin? They won't let them be used in stem cell research, they won't let them be aborted, just why are they so obsessed with them? The fundies remind me of the hopelessly nerdy kids in Biology who talk to the cells that they're examining under a microscope. As if the cells were a dog or a cat or a person.
Er, wha...no. EMBRYONIC STEM CELL RESEARCH DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY! They use embryos that would otherwise be discarded, you know, leftovers from IVF patients WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PATIENTS.
How is trying to cure things like Alzheimers, SCIs, and the like, "evil"?
