"Hundreds of thousands of people saw Jesus in his 25 years of preaching."
Where is your proof for this claim? Oh, the Bible, you say? Sorry, but you'll need to prove that the Bible is a reliable source, before you can use it as evidence for anything.
Also, this same unreliable source that you cite only had this Jesus person preaching for a few years. Perhaps you're confused by the fact that this source omits more than 25 years of his alleged life?
"So Pilate, Ceasar, the Roman guards who punished him who have an account of his resurrection, is all fake?"
Then where are these Roman accounts? Oh, the Bible claims that they have these accounts? Actually, it makes no such claim about Caesar, but you'll still need to prove that the Bible is a reliable source, before you can use it as evidence for anything.
"The Native Americans tell stories which are passed down."
Yes, a lot of cultures pass down their stories. Some are factual, some are not, and even the factual accounts can get the details messed up over time. Have you ever played the phone game?
"Native Americans tell about a big flood."
Wow, imagine that. A big flood, you say? Well, within the last few months alone, Australia had a huge flood caused by rain, and Japan had an even bigger one that was caused by a tsunami, and it killed tens of thousands of people. Big floods seem to be pretty common, so it's no surprise that different cultures around the world would have big floods in their historical accounts.
Combine this with the phone game, and one can easily see how a huge (local) flood can occur in the middle east at a time before people could write, and the story of this flood is passed down through word of mouth and elaborated on over several generations before being written down, until this very natural local occurrence is eventually described as a world-wide flood.
"They also tell about a man who is sent by God."
Are you sure you're not confusing Native Americans with Joseph Smith, founder of Mormonism? I'm pretty sure Muhammad made that claim, too, but Mormonism and Islam are both offshoots from Judaic myth (which is also an offshoot from earlier myths), as is Christianity.
"But Jesus left a multitude of evidence behind, just open your eyes and look."
Evidence of what?
