Strange. I may be a foreigner, but I don't recall all the "Yes to Prop. 8" people being put into jails....indeed, they were free to spew their bile against the LGBT segment of the population with abandon.

'Disagrees with them'? As in denies them equal right under the law, encourages criminal assault, that sort of disagreement? Seems to me you'll be put in jail for that sort of disagreement with anybody .

Disagree with =/= calling them perverted, diseased animals who, at the very least, should be isolated from "decent" society. Or, even better, rounded up and executed.

Even though this isn't true, I do agree with previous posters that this person secretly wishes that this could apply to fundie Christians. Sorry, but we're not a Christian theocracy. You can't just throw all the people that you don't like into prison. Deal with it.
When one comes into a situation where one has to ask oneself "How stupid can people really get?", the only suggestion I will ever give, is "Read Rapture Ready!" and you'll find that the answer is "Much more crazy than you could ever imagine!"
