They don't believe in the Rapture.
Believing is action. If they truly believe they would be mournful of their sins, repent and look forward to the Rapture.
Instead their actions demonstrate hubris, arrogance and mocking of the Bible.
Rebels till the end. They won't feel mournful about their actions until the dreaded day they are thrown into the lake of fire. They will sadly have all of eternity to regret their anti-Christ actions.

"If they truly believe they would be mournful of their sins, repent and look forward to the Rapture."
Some people know how to continue to function and go about their lives despite the remote possibility of death. And they also don't feel compelled to let other people know what they think about everything, including what they think of themselves. You can learn from those people.
"Instead their actions demonstrate hubris, arrogance"
And how would you describe this post of yours? Humble, and willing to admit personal fault or potential error? Laugh.
He doesn't specify WHO doesn't believe in the rapture, as most christians don't, seeing as how it's not in the bible and wasn't taught until the mid 1800's. If you're talking about non-christians, then there's no reason for them to believe in any rapture, whether those of another religion, or atheists and agnostics. There are only a very few who actually believe in such nonsense, and somehow, they have the biggest mouths. They just need to STFU and learn their place in society, as a freakish minority who's only real purpose on earth is to be mocked and laughed at.
You know what would be great?
A photo of the lake of fire, to get me freaked out.
Like, you know, hard, indisputable evidence that even one of your beliefs is remotely correct.
"Believing is action." Let me stop you there. Believing is not action. Action is action. Belief is thought, and thought can lead to action, but that does not mean that belief is action.
Two hands at work do infinitely more than a thousand clasped in prayer.
Of course I don't believe in "The Rapture". It was a made up event, expounded on a 15 yr old girls nightmare/dream.
I dreamt I was flying through lightning filled skies, above a shiny black world. Doesn't make it real.
Rev 1:3 Blessed is the one who reads and hears the Words of this prophecy, and the ones keeping the things written in it, for the time is near.
Rev 22:10 And he said to me, Do not seal the Words of the prophecy of this Book; for the time is at hand.
All the rest in between was 70AD aka history
"They don't believe in rapture." I don't know who "they" are but "not believing in the rapture" is a concept that they share with 99% of the human race and 90% of all Christians.
"Instead their actions demonstrate hubris, arrogance, and mocking of the Bible." Since the "rapture" ISN'T in the Bible, it is a made up 19th century fantasy, I would consider the "rapture believers" as the one's who have a problem with the Bible(unless you worship the "Left Behind" series as a Bible). They also appear to be the ones with arrogance problem for trying to falsely determine who is a Christian based on their own non-scriptural beliefs as a "litmus test". The only "hubris" I see here, is these "rapture people" having the gall to claim that some one disagreeing with their little non-Biblical cult's fantasy ego-trip is "anti-Christ".
The truth is that I don't believe in your Rapture and that I must waste my life while waiting for it to happen. It's simply unscriptural. Who knows how many people died of old age, sickness, accidents, murder, etc. when they spent their lives waiting for Jesus to take them away in his Royal Bus. They could have just enjoyed life until their life was over.
Face it Norrin. You belong in a cult and it's not Christianity. Even the Bush ass-kissers have more common sense.

Oh, y'all can't wait for that big cosmic "I told you so," huh? And you're just hoping your mansion in the sky's got big-screen, hi-def TVs in every room and multiple Hellivision channels so you can watch the suffering of the people who laughed at you on Earth. I'd bet the farm on that.
Who's demonstrating "arrogance," again?
"hey won't feel mournful about their actions until the dreaded day they are thrown into the lake of fire. They will sadly have all of eternity to regret their anti-Christ actions."
Meh, after about the 100 million lifetimes you'd get used to it.
Ah, yes...being lifted up through the clouds to live in heaven forever therefore avoiding the inevitable we know as death. Another play on the human emotion of fear. Be good and you will not physically suffer death. Tell that to the folks who have already died.
Those posters on RR have talked about "helping Jesus rule." Serious arrogance here. The "gem-studded mansions" floored me.
Wonderful grasp of economics and gem market.
Do one thing for me, Norin. One thing and I'll join y'all. Reconcile "All-Loving God" and "Eternity in the Lake of Fire." Because frankly, I'm having difficulties with it.
Also, why did God bother making this world, and all the life and beauty in it, if we're all supposed to be waiting for it to come to a blazing end?

At least we're doing THAT right.

Yes, we are rebellious, because we obey those who deserve it, not weak idiots.
Confused?
