It seems likely to me that there wont be any more children after the Rapture, since with the faithful gone the satanist liberals will probably abort every conception. They get a kind of sick pleasure from it.

Quit trying to fake it! Look up the words ABORTION, CONSERVATIVE, and RAPTURE in your Bible(hint-You WON'T find them). Look up LIBERAL and CHOICE in your Bible(hint-You WILL find them a lot). Then look up the 9th commandment and realize that God wants you to follow it even if it goes against your right-wing political agenda.

Yeah, this is why websites, summer camps and scouting alternatives for children of atheists and Pagans exist. This is why the Girl Scouts lets girls leave the word "God" out of their oath or get their "spirituality" badges in a variety of ways, including Pagan and Buddhist. This is why non-Christian parents dislike the idea of prayer in public schools. It's all just to piss you off; it's got nothing to do with the fact that you don't need Jesus to be a parent!
What about the children, in general?. By your narrow definition, since they haven't accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, they won't go to Heaven.
