The only thing I hate worse than VIOLENT, FLAMING homosexual behaviour is that our votes don't count!

Well they shouldn't, since gay marriage doesn't affect you anyway.

Syntactically correct. Semantically meaningless.
11/26/2008 3:20:18 PM
Violent homosexual behaviour?
What the fuck?
Oh, I get it. You're in denial!
11/26/2008 3:27:45 PM
You weren't saying this when Prop 8 passed, and people fighting for their RIGHTS AS HUMANS were saying their votes didn't count.
You fucking disgust me.

Oh yeah? Well, two can play at this game...
I like to spread peanut butter on my feet because my window overlooks the post office.
Your move, Wick.

a mind far far away
LOL. So because your guy didn't get in, it automattically means they didn't count your votes? Face it, dickweed, you lost. No one wants to have anymore of that shit.
11/26/2008 3:33:07 PM
Your votes do count. You just got outvoted.
11/26/2008 3:39:30 PM
Seriously? That's the two worst things in the world as far as you're concerned? People having sex and the vague chance that a vote might get overturned if it turns out to have been unconstitutional?
Grow up and start caring about the things that are actually wrong with the world. There's this book called the Bible (Google it if you've never heard of it) and it talks about a chap called Jesus who suggests looking after the poor and needy and so on. Might be worth considering?
11/26/2008 3:41:20 PM
Since both are imaginary, you'll have to settle for Harry Potter. Oh,wait . . .

I've just read the rest of the thread. Apparently the prop 8 thing was voted for by 52% of people. Hardly a landslide - statistically, hardly even a win.
Surely the obvious thing to do then is ban gay marriage for 52% of the population. As long as no more than 48% of people want to marry someone of the same sex, everyone should be happy.
I should be President. But then the fundies would only whinge because my birth certificate was photoshopped to make it look like I was American.
11/26/2008 3:48:15 PM
You know, these people who tried to vote outright discrimination into a constitutional law expect gay people NOT to be violent? What are they doing? Burning down homes? Shooting people?
11/26/2008 3:48:38 PM
"WAHHHHHHHH!!!!! They didn't let us steal the election again!!!"
11/26/2008 3:57:48 PM
Yes, we must decide all gay issues democratically. For instance, when the people of New Jersey, acting through their democratically elected legislature, enact a gay-rights law, then the Boy Scouts should just -- oops, bad example. Moreover, in the District of Columbia -- drat, another bad example.
11/26/2008 3:58:47 PM
What he means is it's getting harder for the right wing to rig elections.
11/26/2008 4:01:39 PM
Now you know how democrats felt in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.
11/26/2008 4:03:28 PM
Your votes were counted, there wasn't that many of them.
11/26/2008 4:04:40 PM
So maybe you should have cast VIOLENT, FLAMING votes. Those probably count.
11/26/2008 4:05:01 PM
Whine whine whine, bitch bitch bitch. Boo-fucking-hoo.
Get the fuck over it.
11/26/2008 4:35:28 PM
May I please remind you of Prop. 8?
11/26/2008 4:38:54 PM
Good for you, WickIsn'tDipped.
11/26/2008 4:40:33 PM
Matters of human rights should never be put to the vote. In this case the majority that voted to support Prop 8 were idiots.
11/26/2008 5:17:43 PM
[...our votes don't count!]
Prop. 8. Asshole.
