There was also incest in the OT. Didn't Lot's daughters trick him, get him drunk and sleep with him to have children? I don't think this production is a good idea personally.
Preaching the GOOD news from the NT would be a better. This just sounds very dark (because it is) this world is dark enough without having to display that subject matter.

The huge big overpowering irony is that the doctrine of Original Sin ISN'T in the OT, even though most people think it is.

The punishment for eating the Fruit of the Tree of Knowledge was a) labouring for his food for Adam, b) the pain of childbirth for Eve and c) going on its belly for the Serpent (which btw is NOT said to be Satan).

It was that loolah Paul who decided that Original Sin came into humans then, and I think (could be wrong) that that concept is in the book of Revelation too. Also it's only in Revelation that the serpent is associated with Satan.

Which means that there was NO Original Sin and no reason for Jesus to come.

Indeed, we discover that it was the loolah Paul who created the doctrine of Jesus' death being the Atonement for that Original Sin. Jesus himself was all about repenting for the Kingdom of Heaven is nigh sorta thing.

So basically it's all bollix

Ah-ah-ah! You can't pick & choose what you like & don't like. Doesn't the NT say:

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil [establish, Romans 3:31].

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven

You have to use ALL of it, for to leave out or add to Scripture is heresy. That means ALL the Bible. BOTH the OT & NT. Even it's contradictions:
