Oh I SO want you to toss your tenants out on the basis of religion. Laws that enforce the civil rights of minorities, as per the Constitution, are unconstitutional? Huh? You know, you don't *have* to rent to anyone you don't like based on religious grounds, *but* -- and this is important -- it's highly likely you'll end up on the streets after paying legal fees and damages to those people you refuse to rent to.
