Why the minority tells the majority what we can and cannot do is beyond me.
Now we get down to the meat of the issue. This isn't a case of a minority tell the majority what to do, there is a clear prohibition against laws that could be construed as respecting an establishment of religion. You you wish to pass such laws than I suggest that you either find a different country, secede from the union of states, or ammend the US constitution.
I'll leave your hypocrisy of claiming you are not a minority until you need to be out of my response as it has already been well handled by other commentors, but if you know anything about the american republic they you know that majority rule does not carry the day, the Bill of Rights and other ammendments to the constitution are in place specifically to protect the rights of the minority from the tyranny of the majority. If a majority of people in the country thought it was ok to lynch african americans would that make it right? What about the day when christianity is no longer a majority of the country, would it be ok if the majority religion of that time to kill christians for heresy? You accuse atheists of moral relatavism all the while practicing it yourself.
