Quote# 5427

[Replying to 'God says to kill all Muslims, including women and children. Dash their babies against the rocks. Do you do it?']Haha... most people here arent getting the point. God has previously asked man to do his bidding, even though at times it has seemed immoral. But God is perfect and his judgement is divine. So if i was sure it was God telling me to do such things, i'd do it. How else could you consider yourself a servant of God?

Your god is an asshole and if you believe that your god is perfect then you are also an asshole.

If your god actually exists and he tried to get me to kill children I'd tell him to piss off.

God is perfect and divine. So why did Gandi go to hell?

Why does an all-powerful, all-seeing, all-hearing, omnipotent non-entity need MAN to do something it is quite capable of doing in the bat of an eyelid.
Gods only exist because you believe they exist, as with devils, paradises and hells.
There is no fucking way I will harm or discriminate against any creature because some non-existant shit-head TOLD me to do it.
I was deeply religious for the first 51 years of my life, my subsequent 22 years of atheism was the best move I ever had.
No more lies or suspicion cloud my life.

Christian morality: It's objective, until the voices tell me to make an exception.

What's bad about wanting to keep God accountable?

Thing is, it won't be God telling you to do such things. It'll be your church or someone who you've decided is a true Christian like Glenn Demented Beck or Sarah Asshat Palin.

Far too many of you get all worked up about stupid scenarios cooked up by your spiritual leaders and we know many of you pray directly to them as Gods representitive.
