Correlation does not mean causation. Wars in those countries are largely because of poverty and low standards of living, which of course is also a major cause in the religiosity of those countries. In other words: both the unrest and the religiosity are the effects of another cause and do not necessarily cause each other.
Of course, the two also effect each other as well: religion causes wars, so it is an argument not only against Islam but against religion as a whole. Strife causes many people to turn to religion.
In a way he has a point, the religiosity of strictly Islamic countries is a problem that does contribute to instability (especially in Iraq of course). He fails to realize that it is an argument against all religion, and that things are a whole lot more complicated than this.
P.S.: Britain, wtf?
Speaking as a Brit, I am only too anxious to flee the religion-induced civil war raging across this country and make a new life in the great United States of America, where such strife is thankfully unknown.
I have, however, heard that the per capita homicide rate in the US is currently three times that of the UK. Should I bring a gun?
Let me see. India is not predominantly muslim(Pakistan is), neither is Bosnia, not Great Britain, definitely, and African countries.............which ones?, north south?. You keep forgetting that Turkey is perfectly ok, and that Saudi Arabia gives you petrol. So?
Oh right, Bosnia. The place where the Muslims have committed the least war crimes during the civil war of all three sides involved (other 2 being Serbs & Croats), and had by far the most civilian casualties.
And I say this as a Croat ;)
Btw. I didn't know that Great Britain (so, N. Ireland not included) had or has "nothing but civil war, mayhem and murder"! Amazing how media cover up things today xD
Oh, and even if we do include Northern Ireland, that was a conflict between Christians - no Muslims were involved. Oops.
